Though there’s an entire category for light-hearted, feel-good, fun-loving books that capture the carefree vibe of the summer season — otherwise known as “beach reads” — autumn is actually my favorite time of year for curling up on the couch or sipping a cup of tea while reading a gripping and engrossing book.
