In an ideal universe, I’d start my day off with a fresh green smoothie (a mix of kale, banana, strawberries, blueberries, moringa powder, and coconut water that I’ve perfected) after a session of yoga outdoors or a morning hike and a warm and indulgent shower. Then I’d enjoy a cup of coffee and get ready to shift into work mode.
