The holiday season is upon us, and that means we’ll be making great memories with family and friends — whether it’s cooking Thanksgiving dinner together, trimming the Christmas tree, baking gingerbread men and festive with the kiddos, attending holiday light displays with the family, snuggling up to watch Christmas films, or sharing cocktails and laughs at office holiday parties.
While pumpkin patches, hayrides, and corn mazes have been popping up since early September, it truly never feels quite like autumn here in Austin until mid-to-late October (and sometimes November!), when the scorching temperatures finally give way to cooler days and nights and the leaves finally begin to turn beautiful shades of yellow, orange, and red.
