Yesterday was Day 2 of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2014 here in New York City and, as happens every September, I was running around from one place to the next — not the easiest of feats when you’re in 4″-high stilettos (not to mention that my first stop was Chelsea Piers which has streets paved in cobblestone).
