When you’re bundled up, wearing two and three layers of clothing, keeping your perfect mani hidden inside gloves and your expensive highlights tucked inside berets and ski caps, all while braving brisk and often brutal wind gusts and trudging through icy and slushy streets and sidewalks, there’s nothing quite like the thought of spring.
Last night’s red carpet at the 2014 Golden Globes was a pleasant rarity in that there were such few fashion missteps.

Though we showcased sample looks for mom and dad, we paid the most attention to the kids’ ensembles, to clothes and accessories that are appropriate for family get-togethers but are also whimsical and trendy.
