In the days of portable everything — lightweight electronic tablets, wand-shaped scanners, foldable keyboards, rollerball perfumes, travel-sized dry shampoo, TSA-friendly facial cleansers and mists, pen-like stain removers, etc — the options for on-the-go hair styling tools remain bafflingly limited.
