Yesterday, I channeled my inner Zoe Benson (Taissa Farmiga’s character in American Horror Story: Coven) by putting together my own spellbinding, witch-y cool ensemble.

I started with a white Nasty Gal  Dote On Me Top, a button-down blouse featuring a black bow detail below the collar and wide cuffs with ruffled accents. The blouse is insanely cool in and of itself but, of course, it needs be styles in a clever manner since, otherwise, it can go into Colonel Sanders territory really fast. In other words, it’s the type of blouse you want to pair with leather pants, a flossy cape, and other edgy accoutrements. Next, I tucked the shirt into my favorite BCBCMAXAZRIA knee-length black pencil skirt. To give the outfit a dash of sophistication and play upon the coven motif of my outfit, I then slipped on the black Nasty Gal Champagne Taste Cape Blazer, which has really strong shoulders, slit sleeves, and a pointed hem.

I completed the look with some edgy accessories: knee-high black leather Dolce Vita boots, BaubleBar’s Pearl 360 Studs, a black felt Brixton fedora, and the Rebecca Minkoff M.A.B. Tote in Burgundy.

Between the fedora and the blouse, I felt like Zoe Benson in the American Horror Story: Coven “Initiation” teaser films!

I finished the look with some neutral eye shadows, black liner, and a vamp-y red pout. And, just like that, I felt like The Supreme with the outfit I’d conjured up!
